J-Train has the best trainers in Hoboken. Trainers are super friendly and knowledgeable. Josh has been my trainer for couple years and he has accommodated various type of workouts based on my ailments. When we couldn’t workout at the studio we have done virtual or outdoor workouts. Fitness studio is extremely clean and has all the equipment you can possibly need. Personalized workouts plus private studio is significantly better than your run of the mill sports club.

Fridays have always been a day to look forward to but even more so now since I’ve joined J train and have my training session with Max to kick off the weekend! He makes me look forward to working out, something I haven’t felt in years. There are not enough words I can use to explain how good I feel after my sessions.
